Comparably has revealed another set of Best Places to Work awards. This set of end-of-year honors recognizes the most outstanding workplaces of 2022: Best Company Culture, Best CEOs, Best Companies for Women (according to female employees), and Best Companies for Diversity (according to employees of color).
We are happy to announce that Branch has been honored, by anonymous employee feedback surveys, with all four of these awards! Branch was named in the top 15 Best Company CEOs, top 10 Best Companies for Culture, top 40 Best Companies for Women, and top 50 Best Companies for Diversity.
We always look forward to feedback from the Branch team, and we’re thankful that they continue to give us the transparent opinions we need to improve and stay consistent with our success. These awards demonstrate our efforts are paying off in creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace for our team.
“I am proud to be part of a team of diverse, driven and collaborative individuals,” said Mada Seghete, co-founder and VP of marketing at Branch. “We have built a culture that encourages everyone to share unique perspectives, grow in their careers, and support each other. We’re receptive to innovation and change in all areas of the company. These awards cement that investing in our people will continue to be a top priority as we continue to make the mobile ecosystem more open, relevant, and connected.”
The rankings for Best CEOs are determined by the approval ratings employees give their chief executives. Best Company Culture is based on overall sentiment feedback from all employees in 16 different workplace culture categories. Best Companies for Women is determined solely from female employee feedback. And Best Companies for Diversity is based solely on ratings from employees of color (non-Caucasian) in the same 16 categories.
Comparably has sourced over 15 million anonymous ratings on 70,000 companies. It has comprehensive data on large, small, and medium-sized organizations in nearly 20 different workplace categories based on gender, ethnicity, age, experience, title, industry, location, and education. It is one of the most used SaaS platforms for employer branding and a trusted third-party site for workplace culture and compensation data.
