Our findings confirm the rising importance of social networking sites usage as a new recruiting technology. However, as a major player in the field of recruitment, job boards are still important. Even more recently SNS is increasingly used as a tool for promoting the employer brand, referring to the image of desirability and uniqueness as an employer.
